Looking for sponsors for your next event? Eventsponsor.com allows Event Hosts to list their event with different types of sponsorship packages. Each package can have milestones to release funds in stages. Once an Event Sponsor purchases a package a contract is opened where all communication between the Event Host and the Event Sponsor can take place. The contract room has a timeline of communication, a work diary for Event Hosts to co-ordinate plans, a chat room with the ability to message, phone call, video call and send and receive files, there is the milestone page where Event Hosts request the funds of the milestone and the Event Sponsor approves the release of the funds of each milestone as well as a page for notes to be shared among the Host and Sponsor.

Once an event has happened and all milestones completed the contract can be ended and the Event Host and Event Sponsor can rate the experience which will show in their profiles under ratings and reviews. If there is a dispute between the Event Host and the Event Sponsor either is can be resolved with the help of our admin team or the contract can be ended and unpaid funds will be returned to the Event Sponsor.

An Event Host and Event Sponsor will both have to have an Escrow.com account. An Event Host can have multiple packages, and each package can have multiple milestones. An Event Sponsor will purchase the entire package through our platform using Escrow.com. and funds be released according to milestones.

Event Hosts will have to submit documents in order to be a verified Event Host. This can be done under the KYC tab in the user dashboard. It is recommended that all Event Hosts complete the KYC process and operate as a verified user.
