Each profile picture must consist of two images, one of the people who registered the account and one of the companies you represent. If you represent multiple companies, they should be combined on the second picture.
Unsolicited contact is when a user discovers information on the platform and uses it to contact another person for their own purposes outside of this platform. This contact can be to solicit circumvention or for another reason. This should be reported to eventsponsor.com support team immediately.
Circumvention is when an Event Sponsor and Event Host meet on this platform but choose to conduct their relationship outside of this platform; typically by sending payment through another means outside the platform. Circumvention is a violation of the Terms of Service. Steps taken in order to take a relationship off of our platform are also considered circumvention, like asking to be paid or make a payment outside of this platform.
