Sell Packages

Each package is unique and needs to be discussed individually. Once an Event Sponsor purchases a package, they will be able to have direct communication with the Event Host. When the event is complete the contract is closed and can be hidden. The successful event should appear on both the Event Host and Event Sponsors profile. Once a Client has purchased a package there is a direct contract between the Space Agent and the Client. The funds will be kept in Escrow and withdrawn upon approval by the Client in milestones to the Space Agent. There is a contract room where all discussions and attachments can be sent.
For example, if a golf day needs sponsorship, there will be a few types of packages available and a different quantity available to each package. To explain this is a little more detail: The main sponsor is generally one package and only one quantity. Being a general sponsor to let’s say one hole, is one package with multiple quantities available. So being a general sponsor you can sponsor one hole, two holes, nine holes or eighteen holes – the choice is yours to make. It is up to the Event Host as to how many packages as well as quantities there are available of each package.
If Event Sponsors require non-disclosure agreements, it must be provided by the Event Sponsor. Or vice versa.
Changing of event dates is not allowed unless agreed upon by all Event Sponsors who have purchased packages. If one Event Sponsor does not agree to a date change the event will be cancelled and the Event Host will be suspended if funds are not returned to the Event Sponsor.
Milestones are to release funds as progression of the event occurs. Event Hosts can setup milestones in their packages in order to receive the funds to make the event happen. Progress must be seen in the work diary with activities towards the event documented. As milestones progress Event Sponsors can release funds instead of one lump sum. Event Hosts must set up milestones in their packages as how and when they will need the funds to make the event happen.
