When Event Sponsors purchase a package the funds first go into escrow. This proves an Event Host is dealing with a sponsor who has the funds and has chosen which package they want. As and when the Event Sponsor is pleased with the progress of the event, they can release funds in the milestones set by the Event Host. When an Event Host withdraws funds from Escrow is must be approved by the Event Sponsor first.

Once an Event Sponsor has approved to release funds as per the milestones set by the Event Hosts these funds are then transferred to the bank account of the Event Host. This cannot be undone, and Event Hosts are liable to produce what Event Sponsors are paying for.

Event Hosts are liable to the event satisfaction they portray in their listings. Event Hosts who do not live up to the event satisfaction, be warned. After a third warning of poor event satisfaction the Event Host will be suspended from using the platform.

Once the funds have been approved to be withdrawn from Escrow by the Event Sponsor the Event Host will then have access to the funds in their bank account. Please be sure to have the correct bank details as eventsponsor.com will not be held liable for this. If funds are released into the wrong bank account Event Hosts will be held liable.
