The contract room consist of the communication between the Event Sponsor and the Event Host. All discussions should take place here as it is the place for direct communication. All files, chats and calls will be logged in here. If there is an issue between an Event Sponsor and Event Host, eventsponsor.com support team will use this contact room to have all the details and be able to advise on a solution.

A work diary is connected to each event in which Event Hosts add their activities to the day which they are busy with and complete what is necessary to make the event happen. Here they should also add proof of work so that Event Sponsors can release funds. This will be available in the contact room.

Event Hosts must add and use activities in their work diary to show Event Sponsors proof of progression and completing what has been agreed upon. Adding activities is mandatory until after the event has ended. After the event there could be more activities to be done to conclude the sponsorship contract.

There is always the option to end a contract and each reason to end a contract will have different outcomes. The different reasons are: 1. Event Complete; 2. Event Issues. If a contract is ended when an event is complete it will appear on the profile along with ratings and reviews between Event Sponsor and Event Host. If there are event issues, then funds in escrow will return to the event sponsor. If there are any issues when ending a contract the support team will investigate the matter in the contract room and advise on a way forward. If an Event Host is found to be in the wrong, they will need to return any funds paid by the Event Sponsor if required by the Event Sponsor or be suspended from the platform. Legal action can be taken against any party who fails to fulfil the contract as agreed.

Contracts which have gone dormant will be followed up by eventsponsor.com support team with all parties involved to see the way forward.

Once a contract has ended an Event Sponsor has the option to pay the Event Host a bonus if the Event Sponsor wishes to do so. The Event Sponsor can select the amount they wish to give. There will be a 10% transaction fee for the Event Host and a 5% transaction fee for the Event Sponsor.

Eventsponsor.com will follow up during each contract as well as at the end of each contact. These will be automated emails and responses by the users will be viewed by our support team.

At the end of each contract, ratings and reviews must be given by the Event Host and the Event Sponsor. These ratings and reviews should be on each user’s profile. Rating and reviews are given to both parties for future reference and can assist both parties in securing future contracts.
