Any event issues and solutions should be discussed and explained to Event Sponsors and not eventsponsor.com support team unless asked during a contract investigation.

Please contact our support team if you fail to make contact with an Event Sponsor for some time leading up to the event. Eventsponsor.com cannot be held liable for any Event Sponsor not responding or co-operating and an investigation can be done to suspend the account of the Event Sponsor.
